As of June 27, 2024, Osaki Electric transitioned to a divisional organizational structure and established the Quality Assurance Office to strengthen its quality management functions. This office works in close collaboration with both the Grid Systems Business Unit and the Solutions Business Unit, overseeing and promoting quality assurance activities across the entire company.
In addition, the Customer Success Department was newly established within the Solutions Division to further enhance customer satisfaction and peace of mind regarding our products and services.


Osaki Group is committed to a systematic approach to quality activities and continuous improvement. In 1996, we obtained certification for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Osaki Electric and several group companies are currently certified under ISO 9001:2015.
On 23 February 1999, OSAKI ELECTRIC became the first manufacturer in Japan designated by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. As a designated manufacturer, OSAKI ELECTRIC ships out self-inspected products with a guaranteed quality equal to the certification of the Japanese Electric Meters Inspection Corporation.
