The newly established policy sets forth the Group’s fundamental approach to respecting the personality and dignity of job candidates and conducting fair and appropriate hiring activities. It also clarifies our commitment to providing education and awareness programs for employees involved in recruitment, establishing operational rules for hiring activities, setting up consultation channels, and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
