evaluate their contribution to the company. This process
includes face-to-face interviews with supervisors once a
year where employees can discuss their goals and achievements as well as motivation and career interests. Transfers and relocations of employees are carried out after careful evaluation of their personality and competence.
Promotions and evaluation are based on a fair and transparent assessment system. Employees set their own goals in line with management policy and their performance and achievements are evaluated twice a year.
